Jennifer is a strategic product professional with over twelve years of experience in product, program and project management, marketing and consulting. She possesses an MBA in marketing from the State University of New York at Albany, and currently resides in Jacksonville, FL. Early in her career, she worked with Bearing Point (KPMG) and Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as a PeopleSoft functional and change management consultant, and has held positions in Marketing, Product Management and Strategic Product Management with Huthwaite, Inc., PC Data, Lodestar Corporation, ObjectFX and IxReveal, where she served as the Director of Product Management for IxReveal’s business intelligence and search product offerings. She has also worked for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Asia’s largest IT solution and service provider, where her clients included Best Buy and American Express.

Jennifer is currently an Alliance Manager with Availity, LLC with accountability for establishing relationships that result in the strategic alignment and execution of Availity’s product, project and revenue-based initiatives, while setting the over-arching vision and direction for profitable partnerships. She participates on Availity's internal Product Advisory Committee, and the multi-Payer Strategic, Clinical, Financial and Administrative Advisory Panels.

Areas in which Jennifer specializes include strategic product planning and marketing, product management, market analysis and segmentation, account planning, product development and launch, consultative sales, account/relationship management and communication strategy. Her work with Fortune 1000 companies across industries has allowed her to build a strong foundation in strategic analysis and quantitative techniques for assessing business problems – skills that she uses to understand not only the products for which she has responsibility, but how those products impact her customer’s customer value chain. Her tenure in the software industry has heightened her ability to set the strategic direction of “brand,” and launch products that address emerging market needs.
